Company quality control

Company works with a certified quality management system called ISO 9001:2000. The system has been certified since 1993 SGS Yarskey. The last certification of SRK has executed in 05/2005.

Company realizes products for more exacting industries with high quality demands, which are controled by following control methods:

ZETT MESS

  • Chemical analysis – QUANTOMETER and LECO
  • Mechanical testings at high-level and low-level temperatures
  • Metallographic analyse
  • Dimensional inspection in 3D system ZETT MESS
  • Ultrasonic testing
  • Magnetic testing of cracks
  • Industrial X-ray inspection
  • Compressive testings of tightness

Company has gained „Certification of conformity for casting production of grey and ductile iron, cast steel for Railways of Slovak company CARGO.

In 12/2005 has been realized audit SRK as well as product audit DEUTSCHE BAHN for purpose of casting production of ductile iron for German railways.

Technologies with tighter enviromental specifications as well as establishing of assumes for EMS contruction by ISO 14001 are applied for following periods.
